To set up your account information please fill in all the required fields.
Once you have completed your selections click "Submit" and your request will be sent to the
for approval. Approvals may take 2 business days and you will be notified by email.

How To add organizations to "My Organizations" list:
Check to see if your Organization is listed in the "Available Organizations" list.
If listed, check the checkbox next to it and click "< Add".
If you make an error in your selection, check the checkbox beside the incorrect hame and click "Remove".
If you do not find your Organization listed, click "Add New" button to fill-in the new Organization form.
How To add Venues to "My Venues" list:
In the "Available Venues" list, scroll down and check the checkboxes of all Venues that your organization uses for presentation. Please read the names of the Venues carefully as multiple venues may be listed as one record.
Once you have selected all your Venues click "< Add" and your selection will appear in "My Venues".
If you make an error in your Venue selection, check the checkbox beside the incorrect Venue and click "Remove".
If you do not find your Venue listed, click "Add New" button to fill-in the new Venue form.
